Making your day easy
Something you may or may not realise - your photographer is one of the few people who is present with you through every part of your wedding day.
My goal is to help you live in the moment. To remove the stress, and help you just enjoy every little bit of the day, and then capture for you to relive with your speical someone.

I've been into photography for the past 12 years, and shooting weddings and families for the past 6.

FAQs
How many photos can I expect?
I will take a lot of photos on your wedding day. Generally you can expect about 100 photos per hour of photography coverage. Of course this will be more if you add a 2nd photographer.
What are your packages?
I have a number of Photo and film packages available, but my goal is to provide you with a service and experience tailored as much as possible to your specific needs. So if you have any special requests - just ask! Please contact me if you'd like to see a full Wedding price guide. Weddings start at $1800 for 4 hrs.
Do you travel?
Of course! I’m based in Newcastle so happy to travel to North Sydney all the way through to Port Stephens at no extra cost. Beyond that – all good we’ll just need to negotiate a travel fee.
Can I add a second Photographer?
Absolutely – I have some awesome wing-persons on call. You can find out the cost by requesting my full price guide!
Do you edit your photos?
Yes – with digital photography, the editing process is almost half the work. I very carefully adjust colour, lighting and cropping, to keep the whole gallery looking beautiful and consistent, and even do some light retouching where appropriate. I won’t do any body sculpting type photoshop work though as I truly believe all body types are beautiful in their own way. Because editing is so important to the final Image I don’t provide RAW files.
How long until my photos arrive?
I don’t like the idea of waiting months for wedding photos so I’ll usually send you a couple of sneak peek shots at the end of the night. I also tend to jump into editing right away so you can expect to receive an online gallery and slide show around 4 weeks after your wedding day. You’ll also receive a box with some prints and a customised crystal USB with Higher res images not long after. Albums of course take longer to design and order and ship etc. so they can take up to a couple of months. But they’re so gorgeous it’s definitely worth the wait!!
What about engagement/pre-wedding photos?
I highly recommend having an engagement photoshoot before your wedding day. Not only is it a fleeting time in your life to capture and remember but its great to practise being in front of the camera and posing before your big day. Its also a good opportunity for me to get to know you as a couple a little bit more. This in turn helps me capture you in a way that reflects your unique personality and character. With every photoshoot my first priority is that my clients have a great time! My conviction is that you look your best when your smiles are genuine, when affection comes naturally, and when you feel relaxed and comfortable. So be prepared for me to crack some cheesy jokes, encourage you to be intimate, and to treat the photo shoot like a fun time with people you love.
